If there are still green patches after six months it means we missed part of your roof when the treatment was applied. Once notified we will return straight away and respray the roof. We guarantee our work and take pride in what we do, it is very rare for any respray to be needed.

We require water tanks to be disconnected before spraying and recommend that they remain disconnected for one month or until receiving 10-20 mm of rainfall.

Despite being far more safer than other chemicals, we still cover any garden beds with plastic and rinse down trees and bushes before and after we spray. We guarantee no plants will be affected by the treatment.

Depending on the type of roof, the thickness of the moss and lichen, it can take between 12-18 months. How much rain you get over this time can also influence the time it takes.

If the roof is safe to walk on and accessible, we can pressure clean it to achieve immediate results. Our aim is to provide the service you require without dictating what you must do. In most cases, domestic roofs can be thoroughly cleaned in a single day using alternative methods.
